  I had no idea this type of service existed. My family got hit with 5 citations for a garage that we had converted. We thought all the paperwork was taken care of but the city was claiming that it was an illegal conversion. The city was ordering us to tear it down which would have cost an arm and a leg along with the fees they wanted us to pay. I found Windrich group and Zoran was able to give us a report and explain to us exactly what we had to do in order to legalize the garage without having to tear it down. This saved us thousands. If you're having an issue with an illegal addition in your home and want to get the problem fixed efficiently and professionally, do yourself a favor and call them.
