  I met Louis for the first time when he came to our home to discuss my mother's estate. It was not an 'easy' meeting as only someone with an aging parent suffering from the later stages of dementia or Alzheimer's can know. He was calm, reassuring and confident he could help us... The experience was so profoundly different than anything we could have expected it would be hard to compare it. Louis did everything he said he would and could do and did it with grace, humanity, understanding and compassion; all traits rarely used to describe any encounter with the legal community.
